Opening or attempted opening of the product by unauthorised parties will invalidate
the warranty.
Except as provided for by this warranty and to the maximum extent foreseen by the laws
in force, i’m S.p.A. is not liable for any direct, special, indirect or accessory damage resulting
from breach of warranty or any of its provisions, or those foreseen by any other principle of
law including, without limitation, loss of use, loss of earnings, actual or estimated operating
losses (including loss of contractual profits), loss of liquidity, loss of estimated savings, loss
of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, damage to corporate image, loss, damage,
compromise or corruption of data, or any indirect or incidental loss or damage of whatever
cause, including the replacement of equipment and assets, the cost of data recovery,
reprogramming or reproduction of programmes or data stored on or used with the i’m S.p.A.
products, including failure to protect the privacy of such data. The above restrictions do
not apply in case of reimbursement claims for fatal or personal injury or legal liability for
intentional misconduct, gross negligence and/or omission.
i’m specifically S.p.A. does not guarantee that it will be able to repair all products covered by
this warranty or replace the product without risk or loss of programs or data.
As certain countries, regions or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation in
cases of incidental or consequential damages, the aforementioned limitations and
exclusions may not apply.
HOW TO USE THE WARRANTY SERVICE
Before using the warranty service, you are kindly requested to consult and follow the help
instructions below. In the event that the product is still not functioning properly, after
following all the instructions online, please contact the i’m S.p.A. Customer Care staff or,
where possible, visit an i’m Watch store or service provider authorised by i’m S.p.A. , using
the information provided below. Additional costs related to telephone calls made to i’m
S.p.A. may be charged according to the user’s place of residence.
During such phone calls, a member of the i’m S.p.A. Customer Care team will provide
assistance to determine whether it is necessary to intervene on your product and, if this is
the case, you will be duly informed on how i’m S.p.A. intends to intervene. You are required to
