8. Troubleshooting
In case of possible malfunction, carry out the following checks according to the
symptoms. If the symptoms do not disappear or in case of other symptoms,
consult with your dealer.
Check Point
Please check the lighting status of the power indicator.
If it’s not illuminated, please see “Power indicator is
not illuminated”
If the power indicator is illuminated, please request
maintenance and inspection.
Is the control connector of the lens firmly secured?
If you are using an auto iris lens, is the lens DC iris
specification?
This equipment is available only for DC iris.
Is the lens cap removed?
Are the IP address and subnet mask correct?
Power supply by PoE
Are the HUB (and the port you are using) available
for PoE?
Is the HUB powered on?
Is the LAN cable connected firmly?
Power supply DC12V or AC24V
Is the power-supply voltage DC10.5 to 15V or
AC24V?
Is the handling at the end of the power cable
correct?
Is the diameter of the power cable between 0.2
and 1.0SQ (AWG24 - 18)?
Please check as described in “7. FOCUS EZ Function”
and “Note” and re-adjust focus.
Are you using the lens exclusively for megapixels?
Is the lens dirty?
Please adjust the aperture of the lens.
Isn’t there a bright portion in the shooting area?
Please setup BACKLIGHT CMP. (6-2-4).
Is the MENU LOCK (6-2-1) ON?
Problem
