All our appliances have been tested accurately and are covered by a
warranty of 12 months for manufacturing defect. The warranty is
reckoned from the purchasing day. The purchasing date is the one
indicated on the fiscal receipt or on the invoice delivered by the Saler
with the appliance. Idrotech engages herself to repair or replace the
parts presenting manufacturing defects without charge.
- Defects not clearly due to the material or manufacturing process will
be examined in one of our Technical Service Centre or at our Office, and
charged according to the results of the tests.
- The warranty is not valid in the case of accidental damages due to
transit, neglect, misuse, or wrong or improper installation, or contrary to
the Company's operating instructions, or not depending on standard
functioning or use or to electrical elements.
- The warranty is not valid if the appliance has been repaired or
tampered by unauthorized people.
- The appliance cannot be replaced and the warranty will not be delayed
after an intervention.
- Any repair must be performed by an authorized Technical Service
Centre or at our Office. The unit must be sent and the transport
expenses are at the User's charge.
- The warranty does not include the eventual cleaning of the elements
and the substitution of the worn elements as: pump oil, monitor nozzle,
etc.
- Idrotech is not liable for eventual damages caused to people or things,
due to a wrong installation or incorrect use of the appliance.
