DIAGNOSIS
?
Note for the maintenance personnel
: the exploded views of the different parts of the
machine are in enclosed E (nebulization system), which is available for skilled
technicians who require it.
MAINTENANCE
Twice a year, perform a general check of the main
parts of the machine, as well as an inspection of the
worn conditions of the machine parts;
ask the intervention of the nearest Service Centre;
After having used chemical products, it is advisable to
let the machine function for a few minutes sucking
clean water from a bucket, insert the relevant pipe with
filter to rinse the circuit; open the tap placed on the
monitor nozzle.
CHECKS:
Cleaning of the nozzle; replace the nozzle every 6
months.
Periodically check the filter and, if necessary, clean it.
To perform the maintenance operations, call the
Service Centre. Before any maintenance operation or
check:
DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM THE MAINS!!!!!
Do not perform any cobbling or unsafe repair;
Use only original spare parts and/or accessories, or
spare parts approved by the manufacturer, to avoid
damaging the machine..

water does not go out
from the nozzles.
Only water is going
out of the nozzles
The machine
does not start
CAUSE
(probable cause of the problem)
1) The pump sucks air
2) The water filters are dirty
3) One or more nebulization
nozzles are obstructed
1) Air inside the water circuit
2) Many nozzles are obstructed
3) Broken pipe
4) Air pressure too high
1) Obstructed nozzles
2) Air feeding interrupted
1) The network tension is too low
2) The switch is off
3) The circuit breaker has tripped
4) Power missing
5) Water missing (yellow pilot lamp on)
6) Air missing (yellow pilot lamp on)
7) Electrical emergency (red pilot lamp on)
1) Check the water feeding line and
eliminate eventual air suctions
2) Clean the filters (see pag.16)
3) Disassemble and clean the nozzles
1) Bleed the air
2) Disassemble and clean the nozzles
3) Call the service centre
4) Adjust the air pressure
1) Disassemble and clean the nozzles
2) Reset the air.
1) Call a skilled electrician to check
the electrical connection
2) Turn on the switch and the machine
3) Restore the breaker position
4) Check and restore the electrical power
5) Clean the water inlet filters, check that
there is some product in the tank .
6) Make sure that the compressor
is producing air.
7) Call a skilled electrician to check the
electrical system and the input.
REMEDY
(perform the intervention in
compliance with the safety
standards indicated before)
