4.7. Assignment of the inputs on the central
unit
Configuration for the inputs of the central unit.can be
looked up on the wiring diagramm of the machine.
4.7.1. Sensor design
The sensor positions are shown in the relevant instal-
lation diagram. Reliable functioning can only be en-
sured by correct positioning and a good heat transfer
(heat conducting paste).
If necessary, the sensors can be extended using ap-
propriate cables. It must be ensured that the connec-
tion is clean and corrosion-free
Sensor lines should be run separately form mains
cables, (see EMC issue!). It is recommended to use
shielded cable!
4.7.2. Sensor equipment
The following sensors are included as standard or are
already fitted and are necessary in all cases:
- External sensor, B32
- buffer sensor (return sensor), B38
- Flow sensor for heating circuit A, B51
- HW tap sensor, B42
- Hygienik sensor B41
4.7.3. Flow temperature sensor
The flow temperature sensors for the heating circuits
used are required in every case. They are fitted onto
the relevant flow lines and connected according to the
connection plan.
The flow sensors for heating circuits B-F are
connected to the relevant heating circuit expan-
sion module. (For more information, see the
expansion module

)
Sensor cables have to be placed sepa-
rated from power lines(EMC problems).
A standard sensor set is included in the
scope of delivery for every heat pump.
The sensor set is inlaid in the electrical
cabinet.
