4.3. Removing the cover hood
The plastic hood must be removed before any electri-
cal connection work. The connection terminals are
then freely accessible. The connection for the control
and primary circuits is separate.
Unfasten the screws on the plastic hood and under
the yellow flap and remove the plastic hood!
Before taking of the plastic hood disconnect the unit
from electric circuit
The system must only be connected to the
mains and put into operation if the entire
heating system has been filled and bled,
as otherwise the circulating pumps may
run dry.
When removing the cover hood, ensure that the con-
nection cable between the operating panel and the
central unit is only approx. 1m long when the oper-
ating panel is already connected. When removing
the hood, the connection cable must not be strained.
To remove the cover hood completely, the connection
cable on the central unit or on the operating panel
must be removed.

Before commissioning the system, check that the
pumps can run freely.

Before commissioning the system, tighten the ter-
minals.
4.4. Power supply connection
The power connection on the primary circuit is cre-
ated directly on main switch Q1.
Control current connection:
1 x 230 V/50 Hz
Primary power supply connection:
3 x 400V /50Hz
230V / 50Hz
The supply lines must have the relevant thickness.

All other connections should be created directly on
the microprocessor control PCB or are factory-fitted
(see the next few pages).
