The circuit breaker for the main current connection (Q1) and the circuit breaker for the immersion
heater (Q2) are in the electric pan of the iPump. To use the switches, the front part of the iPump
must be removed. The control current for the outdoor unit is routed over the indoor unit. For the data
transfer, an shielded cable must be used. The electrical connection must be done according to the
wiring diagram.

8.4. Electrical connection of the outdoor unit
For the electrical connection of the outdoor unit
viewed from the front, the cover on the right and left
side must be removed. After that remove the slats.
The electrical connecting box is located behind the
slats. Electrical connection according to the enclosed
wiring diagram.

Connecting line from the indoor unit to the out-
door unit
The power supply of control for the outdoor unit will
be energised via the indoor unit. In addition, a data
cable must be routed.
Control current: ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 100 BK 5G1.5
Bus-connection: Li2YCYv(TP) 2x2x0.5 mm²
If the iPump should be connected to my-
iDM (Network), the network cable must
be provided on site.
The connecting cable between the main
board and the control unit will be connec-
ted during commissioning. If the front part
must be removed in case of maintenance,
there may be damages to the connections
of the control unit or the main board by
careless and rapid remove.
The wiring may only be done by a
qualifi ed electrician in accordance to the
enclosed wiring diagram.
