In order to avoid damages during transport, the heat
pump should be transported to its place of
fi
nal instal-
lation site in packed condition on the wooden palett
with a forklift or hand lift truck.
The components and the tubing of the heating- and
heat source site must never be used to transport the
heat pump. When lift down the heat pump from the
wooden palett, there is a risk of tilting. Therefore, the
device must be lifted and secured with a su
ffi
cient
number of persons. The weight of the heat pump
must be considered!
Transport of the Indoor unit via stairways
The heat pump can be lifted down the stairways step
by step with a sack barrow. A su
ffi
cient number of
persons for securing the device during the transport
shall be present. If the heat pump must be transported
without the wooden pallet and the protective wooden
crate, it is important that there will be no damage on
the housing.
Transport of the outdoor unit
The outdoor unit should be transported as far as
possible to its place of
fi
nal installation site. It is re-
commended to remove the protective wooden crate
only on site. The device must be lifted and secured
with a corresponding number of people.
