Line Access
As with dialing patterns, different locations may require your IDEAL LIFE Gluco-Manager™ to acquire an
outbound line before dialing. If you are not sure what line access option you should be using, contact
your local phone service provider for details. Generally no line access will be necessary, however if you
are in a hotel or office building, the IDEAL LIFE Pod™ may be required to dial an 8 or 9 before the
phone number (check before changing the line access feature).
•
Press Menu to view the feature list.
•
SCROLL to highlight OPTIONS.
•
Press SELECT to enter your selection.
•
Press SCROLL to highlight CONNECTION.
•
Press SELECT to enter your selection.
•
Press SCROLL to highlight TELEPHONE LINE
•
Press SCROLL to highlight LINE ACCESS.
•
Press SELECT to enter your selection.
•
Press SCROLL to select your desired option (you can select
between: NONE, 9, 8, #9, *9)
•
Once you've selected your desired selection, on the following
screen you will be asked to CHANGE or ENTER. Press ENTER to
select and press CHANGE to go back and change your selection
