Dialing Pattern
The dialing pattern dictates the manner in which your IDEAL LIFE Gluco-Manager™ dials out through a
telephone line when connected to an IDEAL LIFE Pod™. Different areas and situations require different
methods of dialing which are preset at the time of registration. If you are required to change your dialing
pattern, follow the steps below.If you are not sure what dialing pattern you should be using, contact the
local phone provider in the area you are dialing from.

Press Menu to view the feature list.
•
SCROLL to highlight OPTIONS.
•
Press SELECT to enter your selection.
•
Press SCROLL to highlight CONNECTION.
•
Press SELECT to enter your selection.
•
Press SCROLL to highlight TELEPHONE LINE
•
Press SELECT to enter your selection
•
Press SCROLL to highlight DIAL PATTERN.
•
Press SELECT to enter your selection.
•
Press SCROLL to highlight the desired option.
•
Press SELECT to enter your selection.
The dialing pattern options are defined below:
•
1-###-###-####
for 11 digit dialing; that is,
1 – (area code) – phone number
•
###-###-####
for 10 digit dialing; that is,
(area code) – phone number
•
###-#### for 7 digit dialing; that is, phone number only
