3.27 PUMP HEAD REPLACEMENT

1. Drain the boiler.

2. Disconnect the two electrical leads from the pump.

3. Remove the 4 hex screws retaining the pump head.

4. Remove the pump head.

Be aware of water spillage.

5. Fit the new pump head.

6. Refill the boiler.

3.28 CH WATER PRESSURE SWITCH REPLACEMENT

1. Drain the boiler.

2. Pull off the two electrical connections.

3. Using a suitable tool, pull out the metal retaining clip.

4. Carefully withdraw the pressure switch.

5. Fit the new pressure switch and reassemble. Ensuring

that the ‘O’ ring is fitted, replace clip.

6. Refill the boiler.
