If there is a Touchscreen connected to the printer
Errors and warnings appear on the status bar of the main screen, with the most critical active
error message taking priority:
If you click on the text of the error message, a dialogue box opens with two tabs, one tab displays
the rest of the error message and active errors to be seen,
and the other tab displays a historical log of error messages:
To reset the printer status and resume printing, press the PLAY button to start up the printer in
print mode. If there are remaining errors, the printer will once again display ERROR status.
If the printer does not have a Touchscreen:
See section 'BASIC OPERATIONS > LEDs and Buttons'
NOTE
:
-
Errors are stored on the printer whether a Touchscreen is connected or not.
-
When the storage space is full, older logged errors are automatically deleted.
