8-Bit I/O Recovery Time (SYSCLK)

This option specifies the length of the delay (in SYSCLKs) inserted between consecutive 8-bit I/O
operations. The settings are 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7. The Optimal and Fail-Safe default settings are
1.

16-Bit I/O Recovery Time (SYSCLK)

This option specifies the length of the delay (in SYSCLKs) inserted between consecutive 16-bit I/
O operations. The settings are 4, 1, 2,or 3. The Optimal and Fail-Safe default settings are 1.

Power Management Setup

Power Management Setup options are displayed by choosing the Power Mgmt icon from the
WINBIOS Setup main menu. All Power Management Setup options are described in this section.

Power Management/APM

Set this option to Enabled to enable the power management and APM (Advanced Power Manage-
ment) features. This option is only available if supported by the computer hardware. AMIBIOS
uses the RTC Alarm function to wake the computer at a pre-specified time. The settings are En-
abled, Disabled or Inst-On. The default settings are Disabled.

Instant-On Timeout (Minute)

This option allow the stand by feature. Set the time from Disabled up to 15 minutes. The default
setting is Disabled.

Green PC Monitor Power State

The settings are Standby, Suspend, or Off (default).

Video Power Down Mode

The settings are Disabled, Standby, or Suspend. The default setting is Disabled.

Hard Disk Power Down Mode

The settings are Disabled, Standby, or Suspend. The default setting is Disabled.

Hard Disk Time Out (Minute)

The settings are Disabled or 1-15. The default setting is Disabled.

Standby Time Out (Minute)

The settings are Disabled or 1-15. The default setting is Disabled.
