Procedure
The settings of zero point (ZERO) and span (SPAN) can be changed using the calibra-
tion keys.
→ For the placement of the keys, see chapter 2.1 “Overview”
Requirement:
■
The emission monitor must have been in operation for at least 1 hour.
■
Display readout must be in VALUE mode.
■
Inlet pressure 800 ... 1,150 mbar
■
Ambient temperature 0 ... 40 °C
1. Connect nitrogen or synthetic air to the gas inlet and allow it to flow for at least one
minute.
2.
Select “VALUE”.

Calibration mode is activated.
3. Set the zero point.
4. Connect the test gas in accordance with the requirements and allow to flow for at
least one minute (see “Requirements for test gas”).
5.
Select “VALUE”.
» Calibration mode is activated.
6. Set the span.
7.
Select “BACK”.
»
Calibration has been completed.
» Display reverts to “VALUE” mode.
8.2 Cleaning
CAUTION!
Use of improper cleaning agents
Unsuitable cleaning agents can damage the instrument.
▶
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
▶
Do not use any pointed and hard objects for cleaning.
▶
Clean the outside of the instrument with a soft, moist cloth.
