8. Maintenance and cleaning

8.1 Maintenance
Repairs must only be carried out by the manufacturer.
The activities described below are excluded from this.
8.1.1 Replacing the fuse
Only use microfuses with the following specification:
200 mA, 250 V, slow (T)
1. Disconnect the emission monitor from the power.
2. Open the terminal box.
3. Pull the microfuse from its socket (power supply PCB).
4. Place the new microfuse into the socket.
5. Close the terminal box.
6. Switch on the emission monitor.
8.1.2 Changing the particle filter
Service interval: annually or as needed.
1. Unscrew the gas inlet.
2. Remove particle filter.
3. Fit the replacement filter.
4. Screw on the gas inlet.
8.1.3 Calibrating the sensors
Service interval: 2 years or as needed.
Requirements for test gas
Use certified test gas with known concentration and accuracy.

Concentration: 1,600 ... 2,000 ppm SF
