6.4.2. FIRE IN FLIGHT

- Close the fuel shut-off valve;

- Set the maximum power;

- Electric fuel pump OFF;

When the engine stops;

- Magnetos OFF;

- Master switch OFF;

- Perform an emergency landing with the engine off.

6.5. EXCESSIVE ENGINE ROUGHNESS

- Hot air to the carburettor ON;

- Check Magnetos ON;

- Check engine parameters and, if necessary, electric fuel pump ON;

- If the engine continues to run at irregular RPM, land as soon as possible.

6.6. LOW OIL PRESSURE

- Land as soon as possible;

- Prepare for a possible emergency landing with engine off.

6.7. LOW FUEL PRESSURE

- Electric fuel pump ON;

If the pressure does not rise within 15’’:

- Land as soon as possible;

- Prepare for a possible emergency landing with engine off.

6.8. ALTERNATOR FAILURE

- Reduce electrical absorption to a minimum (Switch off immediately all electric instruments

which are not essential for flight);

- Land as soon as possible.
