4.4 Advanced Chipset Setup
This setup functions are working mostly for Chipset (Ali M1541).
These options are used to change the Chipset‘s registers. Please
carefully change any default setting ,otherwise the system will run
unstably.
USB Function >
to enable or disable the USB (Universal Serial
Bus) functions.
USB Legacy Support >
to enable the support for order non-USB
keyboard and mouse.
Ext. Tag SRAM Width >
to select L2 Tag SRAM width.
SDRAM CAS# Latency >
to specify the CAS latency timing form
SDRAM DRAM.
DRAM Timing >
to
select DRAM timing mode (Normal, Slow,
Fast)
Pipe function >
to enable or disable the pipe function. Set it
Enable if L2 is pipelined SRAM or not installed.
Gated Clock >
to enable or disable the gated time and wake-up
time of the DRAM sequencer and controller.
Graphics Aperture Size >
to define the size of Graphics Aperture.
Primary Frame Buffer >
to enable or disable the primary frame
buffer.
VGA Frame Buffer >
to specify the VGA Frame Buffer Size.
Enabled
will give you better system performance.
