9. Common fault diagnosis

lf something goes wrong, please read the following to try to solve the problem. lf can't solve,

please contact to seller.

Solution

The product doesn’t work

Check whether the socket is

connected

Connect properly

Check whether the toilet is

powered on or not (The side

button light is on or not)

Press the power on/off

button till the side button

light is on

Check wether the safety

protection device’s light,

placed in the power cord, is

on or off

Pull out the plug and

reconnect after 5 seconds.

Press the reset switch of the

protection device near the

plug. lf it still doesn’t work,

please call the authorized

technical service.

Check if there's no water

supply

Wait for water supply to be

restored

Check if the angle valve is

closed or not

Open the angle valve

Check if the inlet water filter is

blocked or not

Clean the water filter

Check if the water inlet pipe

is bent

Make sure to eliminate the

cause of bending

The cleaning strength not

enough

Check if the water pressure is

set to LOW

Increase the water pressure

through the remote

Check if the inlet filter is

blocked

Clean the inlet filler

The cleaning process is

not performed properly

The cleaning nozzle operation

is abnormal

Unplug the power cord and

plug it in 1 min later

The water temperature is

not enough

Check if the water

temperature is set at LOW

Adjust the water temperature

according to the manual

indications

Water leakage inwards the

toilet bowl

Solenoid valve failure
