When you know your access repeater
From the repeater list (p. 5-8)
When your access repeater is preloaded in your trans-
ceiver’s repeater list, you can select it by selecting the
repeater area or name.

When you don't know which repeater you can access.

When the “FROM” data is stored in the TX History.
Setting from the TX History (p. 5-12)
Select a repeater that you have accessed before, from
the TX History record.
Search for a repeater using the DR mode
scan (p. 5-9)
Searches for DV signals from a repeater or a
simplex frequency.
Search for the nearest repeater (p. 5-10)
Searches for the nearest repeater by using your own
and the repeater’s location.
The nearest repeaters in your transceiver’s repeater
list are displayed as the available choices.
Your access repeater must be set to “FROM” when you
transmit a call in the DR mode.
You have four ways to set the access repeater.

Select the preset repeater by rotating the Dial or [M-CH] (
L
) on the DR mode screen.
