4.7.2.9 ANPR

The Automatic number-plate recognition (ANPR) function uses optical character recognition on
images to read vehicle registration plates. Note that this function is for IC Realtime
ANPR-equipped cameras connected to IC realtime ANPR-supported NVRs.
This section configures the different plate recognition rules, alarm linkage actions
depending on set conditions (blacklist, whitelist and regular).
