IBM NeXtScale System Planning and Implementation Guide

Each chassis has one management port that plugs to the Fan and Power 
Controller, which is at the rear of the chassis. Each PDU can also have a 
management port.

Note: The management cables that connect to devices at the rear of the 
chassis should be routed to the front of the chassis via the cable channels.
