4. Double-click on Delete Engineering Data.
5. A Deleting Engineering Data window is displayed, asking you to confirm

your choice.

6. Click on YES.
7. Follow the prompts.
8. When this operation is finished retry a call to RETAIN.

If the problem persists, contact your support center for assistance.
