Hold:
To put the person you're speaking to on hold, touch

Switch to another call:
To switch to another call in progress, touch
.
Merge calls:
To merge separate calls into a single conference call, touch
.
Start call record:
Tab to start current voice call record.
Answer or respond to another incoming call
To answer another incoming call while you're already on a call, touch the white phone icon and
slide to answer, respond with a text message, or send the call to voicemail.
If you answer, the first call will be put on hold. If you respond with a message or send to
voicemail, you will return to the first call.
Answer incoming phone calls
When you get a phone call, you'll see a notification with the caller's info. If the caller is a contact
in your Contacts app, you'll see more info about the caller.
Answer or dismiss a call
You can choose to answer or dismiss the call from within the notification simply by touching
Answer
or
Dismiss
.
From the call screen
On the lock screen, touch the white phone icon and slide your finger over one of these options:
Answer call:
To answer the call, slide to the green phone icon.
Send a text message to the caller:
To see a list of short text messages or write your
own message, slide to the message icon
.
See recent calls
1. Open the Phone app
.
2. To see a list of your most recent incoming and outgoing calls, touch the Recents tab
.
3. To dial the number, touch the Phone icon
.

Touch View full call history to see more calls.
