i-Smart 300 Blood Gas Analyzer

Troubleshooting

Guideline



If the problems described below are encountered during

installation and/or operation of the analyzer, try the suggested

solutions as described in this manual.



If the problem persists, please call a service engineer for further

assistance.

Barcode

Scanner

When scanning barcode, the scanner does not emit the red light:

Move the barcodes to be scanned in front of the marking

“ BARCODE SCAN”.

If there does not show a red light beam, press the “SCAN”

button on the rear of the analyzer by a sharp object like a needle.

Then, retry to read the barcodes. It may not be able to read the

barcodes at a dark place. In this case, please enhance the

brightness of the light in around.

If the same problem occurs, turn off and on the power switch of

the analyzer.

Screen

If one of following situations applies



The screen does not respond.



The screen is frozen.



Abnormal screen appears.

Turn off the power switch of the analyzer.

Wait 10 seconds.

Turn on the power switch of the analyzer.
