    圧着したメス端子は表

に示す圧着寸法を満足する事。

 

   

Crimped female terminals must satisfy the crimp dimension specified in Table 1. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

        ※電線の芯線仕様によっては圧着寸法の設定が異なる可能性があります。

 

            圧着寸法を確認致しますので

            *Crimp dimensions may be different depending on conductor construction of the wire. 

              Please contact our Sales Department shown in 16(sheet 31) about wire used, then we will verify it and   

notify you the appropriate crimp dimensions. 

 

クリンプハイトの測定方法を以下に示す。

 

Measuring method for crimp height is described below. 

 

          ワイヤバレルクリンプハイトの測定は図

に示すマイクロメータを使用する。

の様にワイヤバレル上面にマイクロメータのフラット面を当て、ワイヤバレル底面に

 

        マイクロメータの円錐面を当ててクリンプハイトを測定する。この時、端子がガタつかないように

 

        端子をしっかり固定すること。また、クリンプハイトの測定は図

の様にワイヤバレル中心で

 

        測定すること。

 

 

   

     

Use the micrometer shown in Fig.4 for wire barrel crimp height measurement.   

       

To measure the height, place the rolled-in side of the wire barrel on the flat surface of the meter and 

       

the other side of the wire barrel on the tip of the cone (see Fig.5 Front view). Secure terminals firmly 

       

to obtain accurate measurement. Measure the height at the center of the barrel as shown in Fig. 5
