Used to select transmit power.

Used to switch between transmit and receive mode.

LAMP KEY
Used to turn on or turn off LCD backlight . Press [LAMP], the backlight will illuminate for
about 5 seconds and then automatically turn off. During illuminating, press any key except
[LAMP], the timer will retime. To turned off the backlight, press [LAMP] again. .

MONI BUTTON
Pressing this button can monitor the selected channels.

EXTERNAL SPEAKER-MICROPHONE JACK
Used to connect with external speaker-microphone.

Appears when MONI button is pressed to disable CTCSS/CDCSS.

Appears when MONI button is pressed to switch the speaker on.

Appears when the selected channel is in scan list. Radio only scans channels in the scan list.

Displays selected channel number, squelch level or DTMF code. When selective call is
