When setting up the robot arm in the mold area by manual operation, take really care that

the robot arm does not contact with the mold or tie bar. Make sure to operate the robot

outside the safety guard.

Do not use an operation fluid other than clean compressed air

Regulate the air pressure as specified.

If don’t operate the robot for several days or long period of the time due to plant shutoff

or vacation, Turn OFF the control power.

Proper working clothes, helmet and protective shoes required for operating and setting up

the robot (Personal protective Equipment)

Do not operator robot without safety helmet or shoes.

Do not wear necktie and necklace, bracelet etc
