Installation

Use the supplied plug to block the open plasma outlet port of the filter/regulator.

Connect only filtered and regulated oxygen to the plasma gas Inlet. See

Gas regulators

on page 72 for a suitable

oxygen regulator.

Note:

An oxygen fitting kit (428054) with the parts described below is available from Hypertherm.

There are several options for connecting the oxygen supply gas line:

Remove the 015811 fitting and put on an 015009 fitting (user must order the part. See the note above). Use the
correct Hypertherm supply gas tubing (046231) to connect to the fitting.
