6.2 After each working shift
• Turn of the machine with Off switch and break power with Main switch. See chapter 5.4.1
• Open the top hatch and cut blade hatch and remove all cutting residue, we recommend
to use a industrial vacuum cleaner, avoid using compressed air.
Caution! Built up rubber residue can catch fire inside the machine if not cleaned regularely
!
6.3 Regular maintenance
• Make sure that the cutting blade edge is in good condition and that no cracks have
occured in the material of the blade.
• Check the water separator on the pneumatic air filter, it is placed behind the backside
hatch. empty and clean it if neccesary.
• Clean the linear shafts ”A” for the movable belt unit.
• Check the belt tension and condition.
6.4 Reset motor circuit breaker
• Check and repair possible reason for motor overload.
• Open the electric box hatch on the left side.
• Reset motor circuit breaker F5.
• Close the hatch and try to start the machine again.
• If the machine fails to start, contact an electrician.
6.5 Change of drive belts
1. loosen the 4 screws a.
2. loosen screw b.
3. loosen the 4 screws c.
4. disconnect the encoder plug d.
5. lift the complete unit to a workbench.
6. dismantle the worn out belt and replace it
with the new one. make sure that the
direction of rotation for the belt (marked with
an arrow) will be right.
7. assemble the plate in reverse order.
8. adjust to correct belt tension* with screw b
9. tighten screws at a.
10. check belt tension* over again.

8.5 Change of drive belts
Drivebelt 1110mm (movable side)

Loosen the 4 screws A.
2.
Loosen screw B.
3.
Loosen the 4 screws C.
4.
Disconnect the encoder plug D.
5.
Lift the complete unit to a workbench.
6.
Dismantle the worn out belt and replace it
with the new one. Make sure that the
direction of rotation for the belt (marked with
an arrow) will be right.
7.
Assemble the plate in reverse order.
8.
Adjust to correct belt tension* with screw B
9.
Tighten screws at A.
10.
Check belt tension* over again.

Loosen the two screws at 1.
2.
Dismantle the worn out belt.
3.
Assemble the new belt (check the arrow for correct direction of rotation).
4.
Pull the tensionarm to correct belt tension*
5.
Tighten the screws in position 1.
6.
Check belt tension* over again.

Drive belt 1140mm (fixed side)
*The belts should be tensed not more than that you easily can move them one belt
thickness in and out at a point between the end wheels.
