How FlowBright Work
The concept behind FlowBright is very simple. As water returning from the
filtration system passes through the assembly of your FlowBright, the high
flow/low resistance patented turbine technology extracts and converts a
percentage of the kinetic energy into electrical energy This is then utilised by
high performance LED technology to illuminate your swimming pool. The
water then flows through the directional exhaust at the bottom of the system,
helping to improve circulation.
FlowBright has been designed to have very little impact on the back pressure
in your filtration system. This is made possible by using a sophisticated gate
arrangement to divert excess water away from the turbine assembly. If use of
this gate arrangement is required, excess water flow will exit from the back of
the lighting assembly into your pool instead of passing around the turbine.
This has the added benefit of both improving pool circulation and preventing
pockets of static water from forming between the light assembly and pool
wall.
