Remove filters.

Clean filters.

Remove orifice.

Clean orifice.

Inspect manifold.

Rinse tanks.
Orifice Manifold
The orifice assembly is located on the side of the solution tank bracket, in line with the
outlet hose. The purpose of the orifice is to control the amount of solution being used
and to filter any debris from entering the system.
Orifice and Filter Maintenance
1. Position Compressor Valve to PRESSURE
RELIEF.
2. Remove the filter (Stainless Steel plugs) and
orifices by disconnecting the stainless steel
quick connect ( Figure 4-13 ).
3. Clean the filter and orifice with fresh water
or compressed air ( Figures 4-14 and 4-15 ).
Perform this operation daily.
