9.0 The drive clutch is burnt and

slipping.

9.1 The

clutch housing

is defective

This allows the clutch pulley to rub

(bad bearings or worn shaft)

on the coil of the clutch. Replace

the clutch housing. And, if the

clutch is burnt, replace it.

9.2 There is too much blower load due

Clean and adjust the vacuum relief

to excessive

vacuum

valve. Readjust the vacuum to be

12Hg when under a full load.

Replace the clutch.
