Checking the scope of delivery

Upon receiving the FAM check it for any damage in transit. The FAM may not
be set up and installed unless it is in perfect order. Any damage in transit is
to be reported to the forwarding agent or the department in charge
immediately; the unit may not be commissioned until this damage is properly
remedied.
