Switching delay in ms for switching into the active condition.

Filter constant pressure (Index 132):
Time constant in ms, via which the measured
values are averaged. Time constant below the sample rate of 2 ms do not have any
impact, if time constant = 0, the filter is switched off.
The filter is a first-grade low pass.
