24  THROTTLE VALVE  BODY 

Adjusting the idle s�eed 

Warning 

Danger of accidents 

The engine may go out spontaneously if the idle speed is set too low. 

-

Set the idle speed to the specified value.

-

Run the engine until warm.

✓ The cold start button is deactivated - The cold start but­

ton is in its basic position.

Danger 

Danger of poisoning 

Exhaust gases are toxic and 

inhaling them may result in unconsciousness and 
death. 
- Always make sure there is sufficient ventilation

when running the engine.

Use an effective exhaust extraction system when

starting or running the engine in an enclosed
space.

Set the idle speed by turning the idle speed adjusting
screw
