To replace the blade

WARNING:

Use protective gloves. The

blades are very sharp.

1. Lift the front of the product and put a support below

the product. Make sure that the blade is lifted from

the floor.

2. Loosen the 3 screws on the tool holder.

3. Remove the blade.
4. Push the new blade into the tool holder.
5. Make sure that the blade is in the correct position.
6. Tighten the 3 screws on the tool holder.

To sharpen the blade

WARNING:

Use protective gloves. The

blades are very sharp.

1. Lift the front of the product and put a support below

the product. Make sure that the blade is lifted from

the floor.

2. Sharpen the blade with an angle grinder. Use a

grinding disc with a grit of 120.

WARNING:

Make sure that the

grinding disc does not catch the edge or

corner of the blade.

a) Grind the top edge of the blade for bevel up.

b) Grind the bottom edge of the blade for bevel

down.
