Clean the external surfaces of the product. X
Do a general inspection. X
Do a check of the attachment points and the lock function for the weights. *
Do a check of the vibration dampening units on the cutting head. X
Clean the internal components of the product. O
To do a general inspection
• Make sure that the nuts and screws on the product
are tightened.
• Make sure that the cables on the product are not in a
position where they can become damaged.
• Examine the electrical parts for damage. Do not
operate a product that has damaged electrical parts.
To clean the product
WARNING:
Clean the product daily to
prevent circulation of dangerous dust.
• Clean the product in an applicable area.
• Use approved protective gloves when you clean the
product.
• Clean the external surface with a moist cloth.
• Do not use water on electrical components.
• Do not use a high-pressure washer or compressed
air to clean the product.
To clean and adjust the wheel scraper plates
Clean the wheel scraper plates if it is necessary.
1. Disconnect the power supply.
2. Loosen the 2 screws (A).

3. Adjust the wheel scraper plate (B).
CAUTION:
The wheel scraper plate
must touch the wheels but not push hard
against the wheel.
4. Tighten the 2 screws.
5. Do the same procedure on the wheel scraper plate
on the other wheel.
To replace the vibration damping units BS 75
WARNING:
Use protective gloves. The
blades are very sharp.
1. Remove the blade or attach the blade protection.

2. Remove the weights. Refer to
To disassemble and
assemble the product BS 75 on page 22 .
3. Remove the 5 screws.
