MODE provides two options,

In                   mode the printer starts and stops in response to the 

tab press. 

The    

mode enables the printer to start and run for

sufficient time to give a full record of the event both before and after
it took place.

19.2 Setting up the Recorder

The recorder can display up to four waveforms on the chart strip.
The system has two modes of operation: -

- 

The recorder will start automatically when 
an ECG related alarm occurs other than 
'lead off'.

- 

The recorder will print a chart strip when the 

TAB is pressed.

Using the touch screen, press the 

TAB and select 

to display the recorder set up options.
