SAFETY LABELS

AIR BAG (If equipped)

To help avoid unwanted inflation, 
see Service Manual for diagnostic 
and service procedures before 
performing any service.

AIR CONDITIONING (If equipped)

Use only R-134a Refrigerant and 
Polyalkylene Glycol oil (PAG oil). The 
system contains dye. System charge: 
see label in vehicle.

DIESEL ENGINE  (If equipped)

Do not use starting fluids. Immedi-
ate engine damage can result. Do 
not apply more than normal 12 volts 
to electrical systems during charging 
or jump starting. Failure of Glow 
Plug Starting System can result.

 CAUTION

ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE

: Do 

not test this vehicle on a 2-wheel 
drive dynamometer.

WARNING

DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can 
occur.

• Children 12 and under can be 

killed by the air bag

• The BACK SEAT is the SAFEST 

place for children

• NEVER put a rear-facing child 

seat in the front
