ENTERTAINMENT
Audio System
While most of the features on your
radio will look familiar, some of the
following may be new:
Power Control
Press lightly on the knob to turn
the system on. Press it again to turn
the system off.
Volume Control
Rotate the knob to the right to
increase the volume and to the left
to decrease the volume.
Information Button
Press to view additional text infor-
mation related to the current RDS
FM station or MP3 song.
Tune Knob
With the radio source selected,
rotate the knob to the right to go
to a higher station and to the left to
go to a lower station.
With a compact disc source selected,
rotate the knob to the right or left
to go to the next or previous track or
MP3 file.
Press the knob repeatedly to access
the tone (bass/treble) and speaker
(balance/fade) controls.
After choosing the desired control,
rotate the knob to the right or left
to increase or decrease the level of
the selected control.
Band Selection
Press the
BAND
button to select
either the AM or FM band.
Source Selection
Press
CD/AUX
(if equipped) or
DVD/CD AUX
(if equipped) to
switch between the available disc
and auxiliary device sources.
Preset Stations
Your sound system allows you to
store up to 36 preset stations using
six available mixed-band preset
station lists.
To scroll through the lists, press the
FAV
(favorites) button.
Select a preset station using the
buttons below the radio display.
Equalization Settings
Press
EQ
repeatedly to choose one of
several preset equalization settings.
Auxiliary Device Input Jack
Your vehicle is equipped with an
audio input jack located in the lower
right corner of the radio faceplate.
A portable audio player such as an
MP3 player, iPod, PDA, laptop
computer (with microphone
output), or a cassette player can be
connected to the sound system to
play over the radio and speakers.
