Lowering the Midgate™
(SUT Model)
The midgate allows you to extend
the length of the vehicle’s cargo area
into the cab.
To lower the midgate, do the
following:
1. Lower the midgate window by
pressing the midgate window
button located on the left side
of the instrument panel.
2. Fold the rear seat cushions for-
ward, then fold the seatbacks
flat.
3. Press either one of the two
power midgate latch release
buttons. The midgate will move
slightly forward from its closed
position.
4. Lower the midgate and flip over
the auxiliary panel on top of the
midgate.
Reverse the procedure to raise the
midgate.
The midgate must be fully latched
before the window can be raised.
