Pump Modes of Operation:
The main water pump has three options for controlling the velocity of wa-
ter flowing over the sample. Depending on the water flow speed desired;
automatic, manual, or sump control may be chosen for managing the
water velocity for the test.
Automatic Mode:
In Automatic Mode manages the water flow speed between the ranges
of 0.15 m/s to 7.0 m/s. When in Automatic Mode, the controller will auto-
matically monitor the water velocity and adjust the pump’s water output
to maintain the target water velocity. This the default control setting for
the EFA, and nothing need be done in order to operate the EFA in Auto-
matic Mode.

the touch screen and press the FLOW button.
