7.1 Fault Checking Need Attention
When Fault check in, please observe the following precautions:

instrument to repair. Do not attempt to repair or remove instrument shell.

If there is a problem when you are using, please read this chapter. You may be able to solve the
problem by yourself easily. Failure analysis and elimination of sample are shown in form as follows:
