6 Commissioning

The RS485 addresses of different inverters must be different.

6.4 Powering Off the System

Precautions

After the SUN2000 is powered off, the remaining electricity and heat may still cause electric
shocks or body burns. Therefore, put on protective gloves and operate the SUN2000 five
minutes after the power-off.

Procedure

Step 1

Send a shutdown command from the app.

Step 2

Turn off the AC switch between the SUN2000 and the power grid.

Step 3

Set the

DC SWITCH

at the bottom of the SUN2000 to the

OFF

position.

Step 4

Turn off the DC switch between the PV string and the SUN2000 if there is one.
