7.1 Optional Module Types
S3026C-PWR supports these types of optional modules:
1) Single-port
1000Base-LX
module

Single-port 1000Base-SX module
3)
Single-port Gigabit long-haul optical module
4)
Single-port Gigabit medium-haul optical module
5)
Single-port 1000Base-T module
6)
Single-port Gigabit stack module
7)
Single-port 100 Mbps single mode optical module

Single-port 100 Mbps single mode medium-haul optical module
9)
Single-port 100 Mbps multimode optical module
10) Single-port 100 Mbps SFP module (configurable together with 2km, 15km,
40km and 80km SPF modules)
11) Single-port Gigabit GBIC module (configurable together with multimode GBIC
module, single mode 10km, 40km, 70km, 100km GBIC modules, 30m GBIC
Gigabit HSSDC unit and GBIC electrical module)
Caution:
In the case where the optical port is not connected with an optical connector or the dustproof hood is
removed, it is possible for invisible rays to emit from this optical port. Therefore, do not look into the
optical port.
If no optical connector is installed on the optical port, make sure a dustproof hood is placed on it.
Before connecting the fiber, make sure the fiber matches right connector.
7.2 Single-port 1000Base-SX/LX Module
1000Base-SX module provides one Gigabit multimode optical port.
1000Base-LX module provides one Gigabit single mode optical port.
1000Base-SX/LX module runs in Gigabit full duplex mode.
