Power-on procedure
Follow these basic rules to power on the storage system:
• For a storage system with both disk bays and system bays, first power on the disk bays and then the system bays.
• Power on the system bays in an ascending order from system bay 0 to system bay n.
• For a storage system with multiple controllers, power on all the controllers within three minutes.
To avoid electric shock, do not wear an ESD wrist strap during the power-on process.
Ensure that a storage system is properly grounded before powering it on to prevent the storage
system from being damaged.
