Check that the wet film humidifier and its
water pan are clean and not blocked.
If more than 50% of the
water pan has water scale,
replace the wet film
humidifier.
Check that no operating overtime alarm is
generated on the humidifier.
Clean the wet film
humidifier with water.
Indoor fan
Check that the indoor fan guard is not
distorted.
Repair or replace the fan
guard if it is distorted.
Check that the indoor fan blades are intact.
Replace the fan component
if it is damaged.
Check that the operating indoor fan
generates no abnormal noises.
Replace the fan component
if it is damaged.
Check that the screws on the indoor fan are
not loose or distorted.
Tighten loose screws.
Outdoor
unit
Compressor
Check that the compressor is secured.
Tighten screws if the
compressor is not secured.
Check that the operating compressor
generates no abnormal noises.
Replace the compressor.
Pipe
Refrigerant
pipe and
water pipe
Check that the refrigerant pipe is free from
oil stains and rust.
Check for leaks and repair
the pipe.
Check that the water pipe is tightened, free
of water leaks.
Check for leaks and repair
the pipe, or reconnect the
pipe.
Check that the thermal insulation foam is
intact.
Wrap the thermal
insulation foam again.
