NOTE

Make sure that the cables are long enough. For outdoor applications, please apply waterproof measures
between the ceiling surface and mounting base and around the cable hole. The pendant mounting application
is not recommended for places where the speed dome is easily caught in the rain.

Step 5

Pull out the cables through the pendant pole and screw the pendant pole into the mounting base.

Step 6

Secure the pendant pole and mounting base with the set screws.

NOTE

For outdoor applications, please apply the water-proof thread compound to the threads.

Install the speed dome to the mount. Please refer to

3.2.4 Speed Dome Installation

for

installation details.

3.4 Installation Verification

After installing speed dome correctly, make sure that the cables are routed and connected. Please
power it up. Then the speed dome executes power up action.

l

If the speed dome can normally display live view video, the installation comes to an end.

l

If the speed dome cannot be powered up, please check the connectors of the speed dome;
if the connectors are connected correctly and firmly, please check the wiring cables.
