The switches 1.5 and 1.6 for the transmitting/receiving frequency:

To configure the receiver use the multiple DIP-switch S1, consisting of eight
switches. The individual status of each switch is described below:
OpEraTIng mODE Of THE rElay
The switches 1-4 select the relay trigger/switching mode. If all four switches are
“OFF”, all relays are in trigger mode. By changing the switches to “ON”, the
relays can be set to switching mode. (See chart below).
mOnOSTaBlE TrIggEr cIrcuIT (T):
when a button is pressed on the
transmitter, the relay will switch for the time that the button is depressed. After
letting go of the button the relay will open again.
BISTaBlE SwITcHIng mODE (r):
when a button is pressed on the
transmitter, the relay will switch. The circuit of the relay will stay closed until the
button is pressed again.
