Turbo Boost Optimization (G7 servers)

This option is only valid when Intel Turbo Boost Technology is enabled. When optimized for performance,

the turbo state is allowed be engaged at anytime when maximum performance is desired. When
optimized for power, the turbo state is prevented from being engaged until after maximum performance

has been needed for an extended period of time.
